I just wanted to commit to writing down some of the comments I'd made to you recently regarding Freedom's printing of the Garden Grove Journal.

We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of Freedom's handling of our account. The folks in pre-press are helpful and diligent; the pricing is competitive and the quality of printing is exceptional.

Even when we give you a color photo with some problematic tones, you come through like champs. Not only is the quality superb, but it's always on-time or early.

These are tough times for lots of businesses, and several other commercial printers in the area have approached us about trying to win our account. I am always polite to them, but why would I want to switch when I'm getting top-quality service at a fair price?

I know that in this trade, sometimes all you hear are the complaints. I figured you might appreciate a word from a customer who thinks you guys are the best!
